Create a Case or Access Live Chat
Report issues at any time through the Customer Community. Login and use the Cases tab to create a new case or review the status of another case, ask for help using Live Chat.
To report an issue by email, please send a message with a description of your problem. The Support team will contact you by phone or email to follow up as soon as possible.

Check On Cases and RMA Status
Login to the Customer Community to see details on your existing cases, upload additional details, add comments, review emails associated with cases and create new cases. You can also check on project progress, RMA status and more.
Get Software & Firmware Updates
Find software and firmware updates, release notes, user guides, knowledge base articles, and more in the Customer Community.
For assistance with a Billing issue, please contact our Accounting Team and they will help you as soon as possible.
