Austin, TX, December 6, 2022 – ESC Spectrum, an industry leader in air emissions monitoring and compliance, acquired Monitoring Solutions in December 2021 and Control Analytics, Inc. in February 2022 to grow the company’s footprint in the Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEM) market. On January 1, 2023, Monitoring Solutions and Control Analytics will be merged into ESC Spectrum Corporation to build on this successful alliance. The resulting company will retain the name ESC Spectrum Corporation and be comprised of ESC Spectrum, Monitoring Solutions, and Control Analytics, Inc.
Control Analytics brings a wealth of experience and deep industry knowledge for refinery, petrochemical, and process control CEMS. Monitoring Solutions provides competitive air emissions monitoring and compliance services across the Northwest and beyond.

In 2018, ESC acquired Spectrum Systems, Inc., a CEMS services company.
