Working at Monitoring Solutions, an ESC Company, in Indianapolis, has been a part of my life for over 25 years. We have a team atmosphere and even during challenging times, we all try to keep each other positive. The industry of CEMS is a unique industry and just as the regulations are changing, we are always evolving, and finding, and developing, better ways to provide air monitoring solutions to our clients.

For me I have worn lots of hats during my time at ESC Spectrum, even being in just one department, that the work is always different. There are always new challenges, new tasks and never feels monotonous. I've also had the benefit of great managers that don't micromanage or get in the way of productivity. The company is also very willing to change dynamically without a lot of bureaucracy. While the job is certainly not easy, it is rewarding and the culture is great and is why I've made many friends along the way.

There are a lot of unique and cool perks to being a design engineer at ESC Spectrum. I have the opportunity to learn from some of the most knowledgeable leaders in the industry, which is truly invaluable. I also have some flexibility in my work schedule, which provides a good work-life balance. Because of the relatively small size of our manufacturing department, I get to work closely with technicians to help to solve problems and get creative with our solutions, which makes every day interesting.
