Senior Leadership Team

Jeff Rabensteine

President
Jeff joined ESC Spectrum in 1988 and has served in many capacities including Engineering, VP of Marketing & Sales, VP of Customer Support, VP of Operations, and Executive Vice President. His diverse experience has led to a rich understanding of the regulatory landscape and business challenges that our customers face. He has served the industry through participation in a variety of ASME committees and EPRI task groups. Jeff graduated from The University of Tennessee in 1990 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.

Rachel Morgan

Executive Vice President
Rachel joined ESC Spectrum over two decades ago as a Software Support Specialist. She has assumed many roles over the course of her career, including Director of Customer Services, VP of Development and VP of Customer Services. She currently serves on the as the Executive Vice President and oversees all of operations including DAS and CEMS products and services. Rachel graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1999 with a M.S. in Computer Science.

Michael Viator

Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Michael joined ESC Spectrum in 2016 as the Director of Sales, Business Development and Marketing. He brings over 30 years of business development experience in the software, instrumentation and automation field. He has vast expertise that includes leadership roles in capital project management, global sales and environmental regulation and reporting.  He has an MBA from Rice University, a Business Management degree from University of Texas - Austin, and an Industrial Technology degree from Sam Houston State University. 

Brian Fowler

Vice President, Product Development
During his decade-plus tenure at ESC Spectrum, Brian has held a number of different positions, giving him a unique perspective. He began in Software Implementation before promoting to Director of Engineering and Marketing. Then, he moved to Operations to manage Sales Support, Project Engineering, Customer Service, and Controller Production departments. These experiences provided an ideal background for Brian to serve as a Director and now as a VP of Product Development for all ESC Spectrum products. Brian graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2001 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A. in 2011.  

Deb Stock

Vice President, Human Resources
Deb brings over 20 years of Human Resources experience to ESC Spectrum. Prior to joining the team, Deb worked in a variety of industries which include manufacturing insurance, banking and healthcare. She has experience in strategic human resource planning, employee engagement, performance management and more. Deb holds a Master's in Human Resources from Penn State University and two HR certifications: Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SCP-HR).

Jesse Harlan

Vice President, Finance
Jesse joined ESC Spectrum in 2019 and is responsible for Finance, Accounting, Facilities, and IT. Prior to ESC Spectrum, Jesse led teams in accounting and finance in diverse areas of Constellation Energy and Exelon for about thirteen years. Jesse is a C.P.A. and graduated from the University of Baltimore in 2003 with a B.S. in Finance and obtained an M.B.A. with an Accounting specialization from Loyola University Maryland in 2006.

Department Managers

Andy Taer

Business Development Team Leader
Andy joined ESC Spectrum’s Business Development team in 2016 and was later promoted to Business Development Team Leader. He brings over 30 years of Business Development experience in the petroleum, enterprise software, and environmental industries. Andy has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Geology from the State University of New York at Oneonta and Bowling Green State University, respectively.

Anna Wilson

Senior Corporate Marketing Manager
With over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, Anna is well-versed in branding, communications, content marketing, and project management. Previously, she served as the Corporate Marketing Manager for American Innovations, a supplier of solutions for the oil and gas industry. She spent a decade as a music journalist for magazines, the Austin-American Statesman and Riverfront Times. She has a BA in English Literature from Washington University and a Masters in Literature from University of Missouri-Columbia.

Anthony Dougherty

Senior R&D Manager
Anthony has been with ESC Spectrum for 12 years and has worn many hats during that time including Project Engineer, StackVision Business Analyst, StackVision Development, Customer Success Engineer, Senior Product Engineer, sole developer of DLSuite and now the Senior R&D Manager here at ESC Spectrum. As Senior R&D Manager Anthony reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer of ESC Spectrum and is responsible for all development efforts related to the 8864. Anthony is responsible for and is heavily involved in all development aspects of the 8864. Anthony Graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 2000.

Bob Sackmann

Field Service Manager
Bob joined ESC Spectrum following the acquisition of Monitoring Solutions Inc. in December of 2021. He began his employment with Monitoring Solutions as a Field Service Engineer in 2008 before being promoted to Field Services Manager of the Indianapolis office in 2011. Prior to joining Monitoring Solutions, Bob was a Maintenance Supervisor for the Major Airline, ATA, for 26 years. Bob graduated from Vincennes University, majoring in Aviation Maintenance Technology. He received an A.S. Degree and an Aircraft Mechanics License in 1981.

Bobbi Greenwalt

Proposal Engineering Manager
Bobbi joined ESC Spectrum in 2020 and currently is the Proposal Engineering Manager working out of the Pensacola, FL office. Previous ESC Spectrum roles include Proposal Engineer and CEMS Integration Manager. Bobbi came from the utility industry with 14 years of Instrument and Control experience including CEMS and project management. She has an AAS in Electrical and Industrial Automation Technology, a BAS in Applied Engineering and an MBA in Management and Leadership.

Caroline Arino

Inside Business Development Sales Manager
Caroline joined ESC Spectrum in 2014 with over 15 years of Sales and Customer Service experience. As the Inside Business Development Sales Manager, she assists StackVision and Prism users with software, hardware, and CEMS maintenance renewals. Caroline has a wealth of knowledge regarding products and services that enhance the value of having a DAS. Caroline graduated from UTPB with a B.A. in Psychology and a Minor in Sociology.

Dan Waldo

Service Manager
Dan graduated from Penn Technical Institute after serving in the Military. He worked as a Service Engineer on TOC and LEL monitors for 9 years prior to being hired as the first Service Engineer for Control Analytics. Over the 21 years prior to the acquisition from ESC Spectrum, his duties consisted of analyzer repairs, system integration, training on systems and instruments, technical support and then Service Manager for the Pittsburgh office.

Daniel Frome

Senior Systems and Database Administrator
As a Senior Systems and Database Administrator, Daniel Frome manages hosting, server management, FlexReports, SQL server and serves as a StackVision Business Analyst. He is a subject matter expert for many products and a “master problem solver” who provides guidance concerning development and support issues. Daniel earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Maryville College with a minor in Economics and Statistics and an M.B.A. from East Tennessee State University (ETSU), where he met his future wife. Daniel is also is a working Dad who helps coach baseball and basketball for both of their children.

Donny Klotz

Technical Sales Manager
Donny joined ESC Spectrum in April of 2020 as a Business Development Manager and has since been promoted to Technical Sales Manager. Donny brings 20 years of CEMS and process control experience in industrial and research applications. He began his career as an Environmental Scientist for the State of Indiana, assigned to special projects for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Donny graduated from Indiana University in 1999 with a B.S. in Environmental Affairs & Policy.

Eric Prater

Manager of Engineering
Eric joined ESC Spectrum over a decade ago as a Systems Implementation Engineer. He has since worked as an Engineering Manager and currently serves as the Manager of Engineering. In his roles, he has implemented numerous StackVision Data Acquisition Systems of all sizes, including fleet wide installations. Eric’s previous experience includes programming at many industrial automation integration providers. He graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1999 with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. 

Jennifer Shelian

Sr. Business Systems Manager
Jennifer joined ESC Spectrum in 2002 after graduating from Lewis University with a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics. She resides in Tennessee and hails from outside of Chicago. Jennifer began working in Customer Support and has worn many hats including reporting specialist, system implementation engineer, and project manager. Her experience lends the perfect backdrop to her current role as the Business Systems Manager.

Harvey Fierro

Senior DAS Operations Manager
Harvey joined ESC Spectrum in 2013 as a System Support Engineer, then was promoted to Manager of the Customer Services group in 2018, a role in which he manages a staff of 16 customer support and reporting team members. Harvey has over 25 years of experience in the CEMS environment in various projects and roles. Before joining ESC Spectrum, he was a Field Service Representative with Teledyne Monitor Labs for over 20 years.

Jeramie Pahlman

Manufacturing Manager
Jeramie Pahlman has been with ESC Spectrum (formerly Control Analytics Inc.) for over nine years. He has held the positions of Electromechanical Technician, Team Leader, Supervisor, Field Service Manager, and now Integrations Production Manager, bringing over 15 years of knowledge in electromechanical and industrial R&D application practices and management. Jeramie attended ITT Technical Institute, where he studied Electrical Engineering Technology.

Heather Hardy

Accounting Manager
Heather has decades of experience in accounting, most recently at Gulf Coast Health Care, where she spent 27 years in various roles of increasing responsibility, including oversight of the corporate accounting function and the accounts payable team. Heather has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from LSU.

John Ash

Business Development Team Leader
John joined ESC Spectrum in 2011 as a Business Development Manager with 20 years of business development and revenue growth experience and ten years of experience with DAS and CEMS projects. Throughout his career, he has focused on environmental air compliance data management and reporting software solutions for industrial and energy-related industries across the U.S. John graduated from Indiana University in 2001 with a B.S. in Business Marketing.

Leonard Baughman

Technical Support Services Manager
Leonard joined ESC Spectrum in January of 2022 as Manager of Technical Support Services. Leonard is a Registered P.E. in Indiana. Prior to Monitoring Solutions becoming part of the ESC Spectrum family, he worked at Monitoring Solutions for 25 years. Leonard held various positions while at Monitoring Solutions and has most recently provided Technical Support for all of the departments in the company. Leonard Graduated from Rose Human Institute of Technology with a B.S. Mechanical Engineering. Before Monitoring Solutions, Leonard worked at Enviroplan in various roles, including Project manager, R&D Manager, and Director of R7D.

Mark Gerhauser

IT Manager
IT Manager Mark Gerheauser joined ESC Spectrum with a wealth of experience in technology systems. While in the Army, he served as an electronic warfare technician in Germany, Turkey, Okinawa and Korea. He has close to three decades of experience with Cisco network, security and voice system engineering. In his previous role, he managed network/voice systems for a large hospital and doctor clinic system in Houston, Texas. Mark, a father of two, enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and performing with his band.

Ramona Fischer

Accounting Manager
Ramona Fischer began with ESC Spectrum in 1989 and worked for over a decade before leaving to be a full-time mom. After returning to the workforce, she was an Accountant and Office Manager for a structural engineering firm and served as a Director's assistant for the Escambia County School District. Ramona returned to the company in 2013 as an Accountant, and is now the Accounting Manager. She earned a BS in Accounting with a minor in Finance from The University of West Florida in 1987.

Tom Barr

Senior Integration Engineering Manager
Tom joined ESC Spectrum as CEMS Integration Manager/Indianapolis in January of 2022. Prior to Monitoring Solutions becoming part of the ESC Spectrum family, he spent 25 years working for Monitoring Solutions and held various positions, including managing service & production, before becoming Engineering & Production Manager in 2013. Tom brings over 28 years of CEMS experience to ESC after initially being hired as a service technician at Enviroplan Inc in 1993, then becoming a Project Manager. He also worked in multiple engineering & management roles with previous employers. Tom has an associate’s degree in electronics from Ivy Tech.

Maclyn Williams

Software Development Manager
Maclyn joined ESC Spectrum following the acquisition of Monitoring Solutions Inc. in December of 2021. Prior to joining the ESC Spectrum family, he spent 25 years working for Monitoring Solutions as CEMDAS Product Manager.  Prior to Monitoring Solutions, he worked for Enviroplan initially as a PLC Programmer prior to becoming CEMDAS Service Manager.  Mac studied Electrical Engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Matt Tripepi

Senior Field Service Manager
Matt joined ESC Spectrum in 2015 starting off as a Field Service Technician, then was promoted to the Field Service Manager of the Pensacola office in 2021 where he leads a team of 28 service technicians in installations, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs. Prior to ESC Spectrum, he served in the US Marine Corps retiring after 20 years while being an Air Traffic Control Radar Technician, Work Center Supervisor and ultimately become a Maintenance Chief.

Risheng Lin

Senior Software Development Manager
Before coming to ESC Spectrum to serve in the Software Development Manager role, Risheng had extensive experience delivering high quality enterprise and cloud software products in the fast-paced technology industry. Risheng manages all aspects of the development lifecycle (SDLC) from design through customer relationship to ensure achievement of business objectives. Risheng graduated from Shanhai Jiao Tong University with a B.S. in Business/Managerial Economics. He then obtained a M.S. in Computer Science and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo.

Tanya Circle

Human Resources Manager
Tanya Circle joined the ESC Spectrum team as an HR Manager in 2021 after just under a decade of experience in the Human Resources field. She obtained her Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2015 from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas (Go Hornets!) and currently holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Tanya has a passion for assisting others and supporting positive, engaging work cultures.

Margie DiLoreto

Sr. Accounting Manager
Margie worked in healthcare for more than twenty years before coming to ESC Spectrum in December of 2019. She graduated with her Master’s in Accounting from the University of West Florida and has extensive experience building teams of high performers in a dynamic industry, which included multiple software conversions, acquisitions, and numerous changes in regulatory and reporting requirements. Margie’s goal is to perfect the efficiencies of work flows and processes at ESC Spectrum, while developing the staff to better serve their internal and external customers.

Michael Johnson

Customer Support Manager
Michael joined ESC Spectrum in 2013 as a System Support Engineer. He was recently promoted to Customer Support Manager in 2023 in which he manages a group of ten Customer Support members. Michael graduated from Texas State University in 2008 with a B.S. in Environmental and Resource Management.

Susan Kennedy

Regulatory and Reporting Manager
Susan joins ESC Spectrum from the power industry sector where she spent 25+ years helping power plants and associated facilities comply with environmental laws and regulations. During her tenure at Progress Energy (now Duke Energy Florida) and Gulf Power Company, she supported various environmental programs covering all media. She received both her Bachelor of Science (’92) and Master of Science (’96) degrees from Auburn University.

William McKinney

Senior Integration Manager
William joined the ESC Spectrum team as a DAS Project Manager in 2022 and then promoted to Senior Integration Manager in early 2023. Prior to Joining the ESC Spectrum team, he was a Senior Integrations Project Manager at Horiba for 7 years. William served in the US Military from 2001 to 2015 in both the US Navy as a radar and missile technician, as well as the US Army as a Commissioned Officer commanding Patriot Missile units. William received a Bachelor of Applied Science and Applied Arts from Texas States University in 2010. William graduated from the US Army Project Management and Leadership school in 2012.
