SUMMARY:2022 Petrochemical Stakeholder Technical Resources & Updates Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Recent EPA revisions to the flare monitoring requirements for petroleum refineries under MACT CC now extend to the Petrochemical Sector with the implementation of Generic Maximum Achievable Control Technology Standards for Ethylene Production (EMACT). These pending regulations and others will pose new requirements and compliance challenges for Petrochemical facilities. \na \nBased on our successful participation in the Petrochemical Air Compliance Stakeholders Group Meeting held in Baton Rouge\, LA in October 2021\,  ESC Spectrum and ALL4 are pleased to announce a follow-up technical workgroup prior to the Ethylene Producers’ Conference (EPC) in April 2022.  The Stakeholders Group Meeting will be held on Sunday\, April 10 and will focus on the following technical discussions:\nz\n•    Supply Chain Issues and Impact on Expected Instrument Lead Times used for Flare Monitoring\n•    Upcoming Compliance Dates and Extension Request Process\n•    Relationship between Environmental Data and Process Controls\n•    Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to Determine Visible Emission from Flares\na\nReserve Your Spot
